Elizabeth Breig-Warren focuses her practice on assisting her clients with their estate planning and probate and trust administration needs.

She provides guidance for individuals and families in the creation of wills, trusts, financial powers of attorneys, health care powers of attorneys and real estate transfers.

Elizabeth represents individuals throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area and surrounding counties before the Probate Court in a variety of legal proceedings including Creditors Refusal of Letters, Spousal Refusal of Letters, Collection of Small Estate, Testate and Intestate Probate Estates, Determination of Heirship, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.

Elizabeth counsels personal representatives and trustees in their duties as they administer the estates of their friends and family to ensure that all legal requirements are met. She provides legal guidance with regard to the transfer or liquidation of a variety of assets including, the sale or disposition of real estate, the liquidation or distribution of brokerage accounts, IRA’s and bank accounts, and the sale or transfer of automobiles.
