Mark F. Mueller is a corporate/business law and real estate law attorney who is Of Counsel with Dill, Bamvakais & O’Keefe, P.C., and has been practicing law for approximately twenty-five years. Mark has had the honor of receiving a Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent” Rating from his colleagues, as well as receiving a Best in Business Award (2021) and a Best Law Firm for Business Award (2013) from St. Louis Small Business Monthly and being named to the Missouri Super Lawyers Publication (2022 and 2023).

In his law practice, Mark focuses on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit law, real estate law, and general contract drafting, review and negotiation. He assists clients in a wide variety of industries, including, but not limited to, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, technology, professional services, and retail. Mark’s clients include established businesses, entrepreneurial start-ups, nonprofit corporations, and multi-generational family businesses. He works closely with his clients to earn their trust and confidence so that they often regard him as their company’s “Outside General Counsel”.

In addition to his transactional law experience, Mark has a strong background in litigation. This unique background allows him to assess and analyze clients' situations from various crucial perspectives, in an effort to best assist clients in avoiding litigation and in an effort to best protect clients should litigation become inevitable.

Outside of his professional life, Mark has been married for over twenty years and has three fantastic children and two dogs (German Shepherd and St. Bernard). He is also involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations, such as the Missouri Bar (Vice Chair – Mergers and Acquisitions Committee), St. Louis University High School Alumni Board (Member), St. Thomas More Society (St. Louis Chapter)(President and Board Member), Missouri Catholic Conference – Public Policy Committee (Member), Birthright Counseling (Board Member) and the Catholic Bar Association (Member).
